The Do Dham Yatra by helicopter is designed for travellers who want a fast, smooth, and comfortable way to visit two of the sacred temples in Uttarakhand. Since the Do Dham route can be either Kedarnath and Badrinath or Yamunotri and Gangotri, the yatra is planned in a flexible way so that travellers can follow the pair they choose. The journey begins in Dehradun with a warm welcome, an easy check-in, and a short safety briefing before boarding the helicopter. Once the helicopter takes off, travellers enjoy beautiful views of the Himalayas, including snow peaks, deep valleys, forests, and river streams. July to early September is not recommended due to monsoon weather, and the temples close for winter after late October.
Tour Itinerary
After arriving at Sahastradhara Helipad Dehradun, you will fly to Sersi Helipad and from Sersi Helipad to Kedarnath Dham. The temple is approx. 500 meters away from the Kedarnath Helipad. So, you will have to walk 15-20 min to reach the temple. After the VIP Darshan, return to the Helipad. From there, you will fly back to the Sersi Helipad. Your Overnight stay will be in Guptkashi.
The next day, you will fly to Badrinath Dham from Sersi Helipad. Upon arrival at Badrinath Helipad, Check in to the hotel. Now, you will visit Mana Village. In the evening, attend the Swarna Aarti at Badrinath temple. After Darshan, your overnight Stay will be in Badrinath.
After having breakfast, you will fly back to Dehradun Helipad. Now, you will drop at Dehradun.
