Tour Itinerary
Meet and greet at Rishikesh railway station/ bus stand then, drive to Sersi/ Phata/Guptkashi via Devprayag and Rudraprayag. On route, you can have the view of the Mandakini river at Tilwara, and also visit Vishwanath temple in Guptkashi. On arrival at Sersi/ Phata/Guptkashi, you will check into the hotel. After freshening up, have your dinner in Hotel only. End your day by an overnight stay in Hotel.
Wake up and enjoy your spiritual morning in the lap of nature. Get ready to visit the one holy shrine among the four holy shrines of Uttarakhand. Drive towards Gaurikund. From Gaurikund you can reach Kedarnath temple by Pony/ Doli/ Helicopter etc. By Helicopter: In the morning you will be transferred to one of the three helipads ( Phata helipad, Sersi helipad, and Guptkashi helipad) after darshan return to the helipad and dropped back to the hotel. By Trek: In the morning the driver will drop you at Sonprayag and then you have to hire local jeep to Gaurikund and then your approx 17 km trek will start to Kedarnath temple. The next morning after attending morning Aarti at Kedarnath temple, you will be returning back to the hotel for breakfast. After having breakfast you will be checking out of the hotel. Then you will trek down to Gaurikund and from there you will hire a local taxi to Sonprayag. From Sonprayag you will be picked up by the car and will be transferred to the hotel at Sersi/Phata/Guptkashi. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
After having breakfast check out from the hotel for your journey to Badrinath. On arrival at Badrinath you will check in to the hotel. You can have a dip in Tap Kund which will refresh you and offer prayer at Badrinath temple, also enjoy the evening aarti at the temple. There are many eye pleasant sites within three km of Badrinath Dham like the first village on the Indo-Tibet/ China border i.e. Mana Village, a cave near mana village where Ved Vyas composed Mahabharat. The epic i.e. Vyas cave, a natural pull or bridge formed by rock i.e. Bhim Pul, magnificent waterfall which is 5kms from Badrinath Dham and 3 Kms from Mana village, Mata Murti, Charanpaduka, etc. After that return back to the hotel, have your dinner in the Hotel only. End your day by overnight stay in Hotel.

Drive towards Rudraprayag/Srinagar via Joshimath which is one of the four Maths established by Guru Adi Shankaracharya. On the way visit Narsingh temple in Joshimath and later drive to Rudraprayag/Srinagar. On arrival check into the Hotel in Rudraprayag/Srinagar. Get refreshed and have your dinner in a hotel. Tour Itinerary
The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you with such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.
Hotel Bookings
Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of Hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.
Check-in/ Check-out times of Hotel / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.
Vehicle Bookings
Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance cost, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.
The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.
Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.
Amendments or changes after booking
If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing on mail.
Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.
The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows :
- Cancellation before clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellation before clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellation before less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
Balance Payment
- The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
- The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased prices must be paid before your departure (Full and final).
No refund for unutilized services
There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as compensation of the unutilized services.
